We don't expect you to have experience with our stack (Google Cloud Platform, Postgres, Kubernetes, NodeJS+Typescript, Python, and React), but we do look for demonstrated mastery of your chosen development stack and a desire to learn new technologies.
Requirements
3+ years of leadership or management experience
Excellent problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills
Deep understanding of modern web application development
Solve complex problems by breaking them up into simpler discrete problems and implement them across multiple services
Manage engineering metrics such as team velocity, delivery commitments, code quality, and successful deployments
Experience writing maintainable, well-tested, reliable code
Support product, design, and business functions in developing and delivering roadmaps and organizational goals
Hire and build a team of passionate and mission-driven engineers
Continue to foster a culture of autonomy, ownership, accountability, and innovation
Successful in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
