Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Energy Autonomy Project Manager to join our team. Our prestigious automotive client has extremely significant goals in terms of energy autonomy, and the challenge is very intense. As an Energy Autonomy Project Manager, you will bring your technical expertise in renewable energy to support our client in achieving these ambitious objectives. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing renewable energy projects, ensuring their success and alignment with our client's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage energy autonomy projects for the automotive sector.
- Provide technical expertise in renewable energy (solar, wind, energy storage, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and the client to define requirements, technical specifications, and optimal solutions.
- Ensure project planning, monitoring, and coordination.
- Conduct feasibility analyses and profitability studies.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor technological advancements and market trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewable energy project management.
- In-depth technical knowledge of solar, wind, and energy storage systems.
- Excellent project management and team coordination skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Advanced IT skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint. PowerBI is an advantage but not mandatory.

Salary for this role:
120.000 - 150.000 RSD net - depending on experience
