About the Role:
Identify and implement process improvements and controls, conduct quality tests, analyze volume trends, and develop reporting related to quality and operational risk management.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and implement process improvements and controls, conduct quality tests, analyze volume trends, and develop reporting related to quality and operational risk management.
- Analyzes EFT transactions and related documentation to verify completion, accuracy, and that the appropriate processes were followed.
- Participates in the development and support of policies and work procedures to ensure adherence to internal standards, regulations, and risk mitigation.
- Assesses and audit sample data collected by EFT management.
- Identifies, analyzes, and provides recommendations to customers and internal teams on nonconformance items.
- Prepares reports containing key performance indicators for department leadership as well as other internal teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
- ACH Accreditations (AAP) or NCP (National Check Professional) preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-sufficient
- Highly organized

Salary range: $41,415.72 – $73,850.76
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
