Stoneridge Software seeks a highly motivated and client centric Project Manager to join our growing Project Management Office to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM implementations. The Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations and related projects, and ensure that the scope, resources, and budget constraints are balanced. The PM is responsible for creating the project management plan and ensuring that the team is executing to the plan in order to complete the project successfully by achieving the project goals within the established scope, schedule, budget, and quality, with a high degree of client satisfaction.

The PM is responsible for creating the project management plan and ensuring that the team is executing to the plan in order to complete the project successfully by achieving the project goals within the established scope, schedule, budget, and quality, with a high degree of client satisfaction.

A Day in the Life

  • Successfully leads and manages small to medium-sized and/ or single workstreams within large Dynamics ERP OR CRM Implementations
  • Conducts project planning, monitoring and controlling/reporting, issue and risk management, stakeholder management, and developing and delivering effective communication
  • Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables that support our client's business goals
  • Understands client's resource capabilities and constraints, and adjusts the project plan accordingly
  • Performs regular project management activities including project planning/scheduling, resourcing, backlog management, and proposal development
  • Executes day-to-day leadership and influence over project team; effectively drives tasks, budget, timeline and ensures teams stay within scope
  • Updates project plan/timeline, PSA (forecast), and budget on a weekly basis
  • Builds, maintains relationships with, and independently works and communicates with client PM and line-level project team members
  • Organizes, facilitates, and drives steering committee meetings, project planning meetings, and recurring team meetings
  • Proactively identifies and raises issues for resolution
  • Collaborates with the Engagement Manager to create/finalize proposals or solutions to client
  • Facilitates and fosters collaboration within project teams
  • Provides excellent service and builds ongoing relationships with clients


  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related field
  • 2-5 years actively managing projects in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and project lifecycle execution 
  • 1-2 previous full cycle Dynamics Implementations preferred, exposure to ERP and/or CRM strongly preferred
  • Previous consulting experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of basic project budget management 
  • Solid interpersonal skills, and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within and outside Stoneridge 
  • Ability to work primarily independently and concurrently manage multiple projects 
  • Ability to work collaboratively for the best interests of the business and the team 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English 
  • Foster and champion psychological safety and a positive team environment

  • Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan). 

    Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and Canada will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.

  • Compensation

  • Our philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance.  Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.

  • US (USD): $80,000-$135,000
    Canada (CAD): C$80,000-C$135,000
