About the role
We're looking for a Web3 Events Manager to lead the execution of DuneCon 2025 and build a legacy as the best IRL event in Web3. DuneCon 2024 was a huge success, and your goal is to make 2025 even more impactful. Check out last year's DuneCon for an idea of the standard.
You’ll own end-to-end event management, from production and sponsorships to speaker curation and partnerships. We need a proactive problem-solver with a track record in developer events, strong project management skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.
You'll work with Dune’s VP of GTM and cross-functional teams to align with our goals. We value ambition, ownership, and integrity. We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to shape our events strategy and make a lasting impact.
In this role you will own
✅ DuneCon Delivery: Plan and manage the event from start to finish, aligned to Dune’s goals.
✅ Project Management: Oversee all logistics, budgeting, timelines, and vendor coordination.
✅ Community Engagement: Collaborate with Web3 communities to drive participation.
✅ Partnerships & Sponsorships: Secure industry partners, sponsors, and media collaborations.
✅ Marketing & Promotion: Work with the GTM team on content, social campaigns, and email outreach.
✅ Speaker & Guest Management: Support the team to secure top Web3 speakers.
✅ On-Site Execution: Ensure smooth event ops from registration to post-event analysis.
✅ Performance Tracking: Measure success through KPIs, feedback, and post-event reports.
You might be a great fit for this role if you have
✔️ Experience: 5+ years in event management, incl. international (LATAM experience a plus).
✔️ Crypto-Native Events such as ETHGlobal, NFT NYC, DevCon, or similar.
✔️ Project Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple events.
✔️ Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
✔️ Urgency Mindset: High-energy, self-starter with disciplined execution skills.
Not required but a plus if you have
⭐ Spanish fluency & LATAM event experience.
⭐ Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, and Twitter for community building.
