About the Opportunity:
We are a leading SaaS-based financial technology firm specializing in mortgage servicing solutions. We are currently seeking an accomplished professional to join our Technology Department as a Director, Technical Quality Assurance. As a Director, Technical Quality Assurance, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading the Technical Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services onshore/offshore.
Your day-to-day at Sagent:
Operational Management:

Achieve organizational goals through effective management and leadership of the Technical Quality Assurance team.

Conduct performance appraisals, pay reviews, and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Quality Assurance Strategy:
-
Devise, implement, and maintain quality standards to meet organizational and product requirements.

Oversee the development of quality assurance processes and standards for the organization.
Service Delivery Oversight:
-
Ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of reliability and quality standards before service delivery.

Identify and provide direction to address defects or malfunctions in systems or software applications.
Cost-Effective Solutions:
-
Provide and implement cost and time-effective solutions to enhance the quality assurance processes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the efficiency of quality assurance operations.
Metrics and Reporting:
-
Establish and report metrics related to quality issues and standards.

Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of quality assurance initiatives.
Resource Management:

Demonstrate knowledge of methods and processes to determine and provide resources needed to achieve business results.

Identify, plan, and mobilize resources required to fulfill operational objectives and plans.
We would love to hear from you if you have:

Completion of a four-year college degree in a relevant discipline +8 years of experience in a related field, or advanced degree (master's or higher) in an applicable and relevant field +5 years of related experience, or experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

7+ years of Mainframe QA Development Experience; ex. IBM Z Mainframe.

10+ years of Mortgage Servicing Industry Experience.

3+ years of Client Relationship Management.

Experience working with Large Onshore/Offshore teams.

Proven experience in managing and leading technical quality assurance teams.

In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes, standards, and methodologies.
