About The Role

As the Director of Sales Training and Enablement at Invisible Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of our sales team. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product, and HR, to design and implement cutting-edge sales training programs. Your efforts will drive the proficiency of our sales professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in a dynamic market. This position offers significant career growth opportunities as you will lead strategic initiatives that directly impact the company's success.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create and oversee the execution of comprehensive sales onboarding and certification programs aligned with strategic sales goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the in-house training team, sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to develop and update training materials reflecting market trends and product innovations.
  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Lead engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and seminars for both new hires and existing sales staff, focusing on enhancing their skills and product knowledge.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Establish and utilize metrics to assess the impact of training programs, continuously refining strategies based on feedback and performance data.
  • Manage Training Resources: Oversee the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation, and technology setup to ensure seamless execution.
  • Content Development: Develop a robust library of sales resources, such as video tutorials, case studies, and script guides, to support ongoing learning and development.
  • Mentorship and Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the sales training team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

What We Need

  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in training and developing SDR’s and Account Executives, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a growth-stage startup.
  • Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse group of sales professionals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze training needs and performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in video content creation, e-learning platforms, and other training technologies.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and with varying levels of leadership.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and a dynamic work environment.

Compensation

  • Base: $120,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $165,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
