We are looking for a senior product marketing leader who is customer-obsessed to lead our Network Growth go-to-market efforts in helping millions of consumers live a better and more honest financial life.
The Network Growth Product Marketing team is responsible for Go-to-market inclusive of merchant segmentation, value proposition design and validation, packaging sales enablement material, scoping addressable market & path to scale, business model design, and partnership across product, revenue and analytics peers to execute.
What you'll do
- Develop a deep knowledge and affinity with our customers, their personas, and sub-segments.
- Build a vision for customer narratives and value propositions by having a keen understanding of merchant segments and their needs
- Partner closely with Sales and Client Success to understand and represent the voice of the customer in roadmap planning and go-to-market strategies
- Consult with customers in partnership with Product Management and Sales to explore product and market opportunities.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Marketers to build and execute on GTM strategies to drive launch, adoption and continued growth of products, aligned to company and product KPIs
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Sales to unify our narrative, amplify our strategy, and build more collaborative and efficient work processes
- Drive the development, execution, and delivery of thought leadership content for client advisory board events.
- Empower our Sales teams with playbooks, customer stories, competitive positioning and a strong feedback loop between sales and product
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Client Success, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams to improve product rollout processes and better serve our customers.
What we look for
- Overall 10+ years of experience driving go-to-market with strong emphasis on value proposition design and enablement in the e-commerce merchant payments space
- 5+ years experience managing product marketers
- Deep understanding of merchant segments and their e-commerce needs
- A passion and drive to change consumer finance for the better
- A player coach mentality and drive to roll up your sleeves as well as lead your team to execute
- The ability to lead a large decentralized group of cross functional partners from complex and ambiguous situations to clarity and focus
- Data driven approach to hypothesis testing
- The ability to absorb large amounts of information, distill key themes into actionable plans, and precisely communicate to a wide cross-functional audience
- A get-things-done attitude to make your go-to-market and team successful. Bias for action and delivering results will be key for this position
- An obsession for getting the details right, but also knowing how to execute on time
- A drive to question assumptions and validate hypotheses
