LastPass is looking for a Director, Product Management in Boston, MA. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
As a Director, Product Management, you will define and communicate the product vision in support of the business identity strategy for the LastPass offering, including maintaining a clear product roadmap that is aligned with customer needs and drives aggressive growth in the short and long-term; partner with marketing, sales, and care leaders to develop go-to-market strategies to win in targeted customer segments and create end-to-end operational plans to profitably grow and scale the business and drive business value; deliver the identity product portfolio's strategy, including driving the annual and quarterly planning processes, and ensuring flawless execution of the plan; build a world class product management organization that thrives on customer interaction, embraces design thinking, and role models a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to execution; ensure direct interaction of the product team with customers, partners, Sales, and Customer Care to deeply understand customer needs and use the feedback to drive customer satisfaction; provide leadership and utilize expertise in the competitive landscape for the LastPass family of products, driving processes to identify current and potential competitors, research competitive products, and maintain competitive information; interface with analysts and attend/ present at key conferences; educate customers, prospects, and partners about our product releases, priorities, and vision; partner with Business Development to identify key partnerships to help drive awareness and differentiating offerings in the marketplace; up to 25% domestic and international travel required.
What does it take to work at LastPass?
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field and eight (8) years of experience in a product management-related role.
Position requires eight (8) years of experience in the following:
- SaaS business models serving the needs of direct and indirect channels;
- Identity and access management concepts and market, including SSO, MFA, PAM, Privileged Access, and Zero Trust Networks;
- Key identity protocols (ODIC, SAML2, and FIDO2) and cryptographic frameworks;
- Product lifecycle management;
- Defining short and long term product vision and strategy;
- Identifying horizontal and vertical market growth opportunities; and
- Driving executive-level discussions.
Wage Range: $212,000 to $318,000 per year
