Our Business Systems team is focused on implementation, management and enhancement of Attentive’s enterprise applications and processes. As a highly cross-functional team across functional and technical departments, collaboration, communication and prioritization are key skills needed to be successful.

Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead high-performing team comprised of Technical Product Managers and analysts

Data Governance and Management: Establish effective data governance practices to ensure data quality, fidelity, and accessibility.

Transformation Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of transformation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

System Architecture and Design: Collaborate with technical delivery teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure system architectures.

Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new systems and processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with business leaders across various departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization.

About you

10+ years of experience in system transformation, digital transformation or other enterprise application, business technology or operational roles

5+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce

Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex system implementations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams, including technical, business, and functional teams

Nice to have - Experience with SQL, Netsuite, SaaS operations and SoX compliance enablement

For US based applicants:

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $196,000 $235,000 annually + equity + benefits

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
