As the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to support our online casino and gaming products. This hands-on position focuses on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention while ensuring collaboration across teams to meet shared goals. You will lead a small team of talented marketing professionals and help elevate RSI's marketing efforts in the highly competitive gaming industry.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Support the creation, prioritization, and implementation of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, user acquisition, engagement, onboarding, virality, and re-engagement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with the Product, Creative, and User Acquisition teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, launch KPIs, and user experience goals.
- Refine Product Messaging: Help craft compelling narratives and marketing materials that align with the brand voice and performance objectives based on consumer and competitive research.
- Support User Acquisition Efforts: Work with the User Acquisition team to optimize campaign strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Leverage Data for Insights: Analyze campaign and user data to refine strategies, measure performance, and adjust tactics as needed to achieve results.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of high trust, high autonomy and a growth mindset.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within online gaming, casinos, mobile gaming, or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Proven Leadership Abilities: Experience managing small teams and leading cross-functional marketing projects.
- Strong Creative and Analytical Skills: Balance between aesthetic judgment for creative campaigns and analytical expertise to measure results and drive performance.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the gaming or mobile gaming market, understanding key trends and consumer needs.
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and inspire action.
- Agility: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on strategic goals.
