The Role: As the Director of Product Marketing, you will establish Ambience as the market leader by developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that makes clear Ambience’s product differentiation. You will drive product adoption across target health systems and support rapid revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute Comprehensive ABM Strategy: You will develop and implement an ABM strategy, including market segmentation, persona development, and account mapping, that supports new business goals, resulting in a 33%+ pilot win rate and 3x pipeline coverage at the beginning of each quarter.
- Sales Enablement: You will develop a comprehensive sales enablement curriculum and a measurement mechanism to ensure salespeople are equipped with the necessary content and knowledge to effectively sell Ambience’s products.
- Develop Effective Product Messaging: You will create and maintain clear and relevant product messaging, as evidenced by positive sales team feedback and increased win rates.
- Enhance Sales Collateral: You will lead the creation of high-quality sales collateral, including sales decks, whitepapers, and ROI calculators, ensuring materials are impactful and support the sales process.
- Strengthen Competitive Intelligence: You will develop and maintain comprehensive competitive intelligence, including battlecards, to inform strategic decisions and ensure the sales team is well-prepared to address market competition.
- Create & Execute a New Product Launch: You will devise and execute a detailed go-to-market plan for launching new products, ensuring timely and successful market entry with clear metrics for evaluating launch success.
