What you will do:
- Lead and scale the Professional Services team responsible for consulting, onboarding, and product implementation.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of project managers, consultants, and technical experts to ensure the successful delivery of client services and AI solutions.
- Foster collaboration between Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure cohesive delivery across all client touchpoints.
- Oversee the technical delivery of Interface.ai’s AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration within clients' existing systems.
- Manage complex project implementations, aligning client requirements with technical resources to meet delivery timelines and scope.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful handoff and customization of technical products for clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored professional service offerings that meet unique client needs and business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies for scaling the Professional Services division, driving revenue growth through enhanced service offerings.
- Define KPIs for project delivery, customer success, and team performance, ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices in technical product delivery, project management (Agile, Scrum), and customer onboarding to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure the Professional Services team is proficient in advanced technical platforms, AI product functionality, and system integration.
- Create and manage training programs to enable the Professional Services team and clients to fully leverage Interface.ai’s solutions.
- Ensure ongoing product education for clients, maximizing the value they receive from the platform.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges or client concerns, driving timely resolutions.
- Mitigate project risks through proactive planning, clear communication, and resource management.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in professional services, project delivery, or technical account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in overseeing the technical delivery of SaaS or AI-driven products, ideally in the financial services or fintech industries.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, natural language processing, and system integrations.
- Expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and customer success platforms.

Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $205,000 estimated based on experience and location.
