About the role and why it’s unique:
- Lead Underdog’s Offline media strategy to drive growth against key Fantasy and Sportsbook business objectives.
- Plan and deploy the offline marketing budget, ensuring our mix of spend across channels and states is aligned with our overall strategy.
- Drive understanding of how our media investment drives our revenue growth and broader impacts through alignment and leadership within our attribution and media mix modelling program
- Create strong relationships with third party agencies and platforms ensuring we maximize insights and knowledge to help us create best in class campaigns
Who you are:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading media planning & execution
- Marketing experience working on high growth B2C digital only product is strongly preferred i.e online gaming, streaming, e-commerce.
- At least 3 years of management experience preferred.
- Expert in media but able to simplify and communicate complexity to broader audiences.
- Passionate on optimizing and testing creative to drive users at all funnel stages
Even better if you have:
- Radio and Out of Home (OOH) media planning and buying experience
- Experience planning media for multiple brands
- Sports Real Money Gaming experience
Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $140,000 and $200,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway! If we agree, we're willing to negotiate.
