As a Director of Network Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading our franchise operations team to ensure the success and growth of our franchise network.

The Director of Network Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of our franchise system. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive franchisee profitability, compliance with brand standards, and overall brand growth. The Director will work closely with the franchise development directors and franchisees to ensure the successful operation and expansion of the franchise network.
Your Impact:
Franchisee Support and Development:
- Provide guidance, support, and training to franchisees to help them achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with franchisees to create business plans, set goals, and track performance.
Franchise Network Growth:
- Identify potential markets for franchise expansion and assist in the development of growth strategies.
- Evaluate franchisee applications and conduct due diligence in the selection process.
Operational Excellence:
- Monitor and assess franchisee compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and quality control.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with franchisees to implement necessary changes.
Financial Analysis and Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze financial reports and key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance:

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in franchise operations or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability.
- Strong understanding of franchise systems, business operations, and financial analysis.

- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for franchises.
