Director/Head of Marketing Technology

To strengthen our ambition to become a global leader in health app solutions and support our extremely ambitious expansion plans we are looking for an experienced Director/Head of Marketing Technology who will help us to build a strategic approach towards our marketing tech stack, to utilize smart internal or external technology solutions as a strategic growth lever. 

 As a Director/Head of MarTech you will 

  • Be the major owner of MarTech strategy, OKRs and delivery outputs for a variety of marketing channels and areas, including 

-campaign automation for paid acquisition channels and CRM;

-SEO tech support; 

-automation of creative production; 

-data sharing solutions for Meta, Google or other online platforms; 

-testing and implementation of different AI tools. 

  • Work closely with a variety of marketing and tech stakeholders, understand deeply business needs, analyze what internal or external solutions might serve best short- and long-term goals of the company, create effective solution designs, and implement identified solutions within aligned time frames.

  • Lead and mentor a team of talented product managers, co-lead together with your engineering counterparts a large team of internal developers.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and business impact generated by built automation solutions.

  • Stay updated about the latest industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, ensure permanent development of innovative solutions within the company. 



Your qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in leading a marketing automation team in a different company, at least 7 years of total work experience in different fields of marketing automation

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing technology and tools, good knowledge of digital marketing principles

  • Strong technical background, ideally bachelor's or master's degree in programming or software engineering; 

  • Data-driven mindset 

  • First principles thinking

  • Very strong communication skills, ability to manage different types of stakeholders

  • Very strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Understanding of basic UX and Lean Startup principles is a great plus
