Here’s how you’ll have a huge impact here – and on your career:
As Director of Implementations, you will work closely with various product teams, product managers, engineers, marketers, customer success teams, and other internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Over 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, managing software implementation projects that include installations, upgrades, customizations, verification, and training.
· At least 7 years of experience as a technical expert in AR/AP, ERP applications, Gateway implementations, or similar fields, with a solid understanding of various integration and middleware solutions.
· An advanced degree is preferred, and PMP certification is a plus.
· Demonstrated experience in leading technical discussions with both business and technical decision-makers, including the ability to detail technical specifications, project roadmaps, deployments, and third-party integrations.
· A proven track record of leveraging technology and AI workflows to modernize the delivery of solutions.
