Director, GTM Strategic Programs

The Director of GTM Strategic Programs identifies technology and services partnership needs, evaluates, and delivers recommendations to support big deals, MSP, and strategic GTM opportunities. This role requires strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp technology integrations, API requirements, and clearly articulate both technical and business value.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Partnership Evaluation and Recommendation:
·        Identify technology and services partnership needs based on requirements of large strategic business opportunities, partnering with global sales leaders.
·        Evaluate and deliver recommendations to sales in support of big deals, MSP, and strategic GTM opportunities.
·        When needed, partner with Product Management and Technology Alliances teams to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment
Execution of PoC and CTC Operational Tasks:
·        Oversee the execution of large deal Proof-of-Concepts [PoC] and Customer Test Center [CTC] tasks.
·        Collaborate with internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
·        Effectively outsource tasks when necessary to meet project deadlines.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
·        Develop strategic plans and ensure the successful execution of PoC and CTC integrations.
·        Manage joint marketing activities, ensuring adherence to deliverable commitments, timelines, and budgets.
Market and Technology Development:
·        Actively participate in the development of strategic and MSP markets.
·        Conduct technology and partner assessments to determine the viability of proposed opportunities, offerings, and strategies.
Stakeholder and Partner Interaction:
·        Lead interactions with account teams, internal stakeholders, and partners.
·        Ensure all trials and programs have well-defined plans, strategies, and milestones.
Collaboration and Quality Promotion:
·        Develop and maintain positive collaborations with internal and external functional leaders.
·        Promote a strong quality culture within the sales organization, ensuring that complex sales opportunities meet technical and operational requirements for successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
·        Proven experience in technology and services partnership management.
·        Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand technology integrations and API requirements.
·        Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
·        Strong collaboration and communication skills.
·        Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
·        Strong analytical skills to assess market, technology, and partner opportunities.
·        Commitment to promoting a culture of quality and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Salary based on qualifications and experience 170K +/- plus bonus and RSU
