The Opportunity
Simpplr is looking for an experienced Corporate Marketing Director to drive an enterprise-scale revenue marketing performance framework that helps Simpplr achieve its next level of growth.
Reporting to Simpplr’s Chief Marketing Officer, you will be the organization’s brand presence, expanding our go-to-market strategy and ultimately achieving our revenue and retention targets through new and proven marketing channels. You will build and own strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns, rooted in insights and data. The ideal candidate has clear, demonstrable experience as a metrics-driven and B2B SaaS marketer who brings a mix of brand, product and performance marketing expertise to the role.
Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate marketing strategy to enhance Simpplr’s brand awareness and market positioning.
- Oversee the branding initiatives to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of the corporate website, ensuring it effectively communicates the brand value and drives engagement and conversions.
- Manage website analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.
- Supervise the design team, including internal designers and external agencies, to ensure high-quality and on-brand creative output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and customer success, to align corporate marketing efforts with business goals and product strategies.
- Co-Lead the planning and execution of branding and promotional campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet strategic objectives.
- Manage the corporate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in corporate marketing, branding, and website management.
- Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance to senior leadership, using data to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate the impact of corporate marketing initiatives.
Your Skillset
What makes you a great fit for the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
- 7+ years in Enterprise B2B and SaaS marketing
- Experience managing marketing efforts in SaaS
- Demonstrated broad and well-developed functional marketing skills in a dynamic industry
- Proven strategic thinker and innovative communications leader with an ability to lead the development of programs that are distinctive, relevant, creative, measurable and aligned to the strategic direction of the business
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in storytelling with executives
- Ability to establish meaningful metrics and scorecards for gauging function effectiveness and oversee the development and management of budgets, team structure, and reporting
- High degree of knowledge, including detailed hands-on experience, using Salesforce, marketing automation (eg Hubspot)
- Proven ability to juggle many tasks, move forward in ambiguous situations, and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Ability to travel a minimum 20%, if necessary

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $160,000 - $240,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
