Director, Consumer Experience and App Monetization (Go-to-Market)

About the Role:

As the Director of Consumer Experience and App Monetization (GTM), you will play a pivotal role in driving the Fetch app’s strategy and execution as an individual contributor to build an amazing consumer experience while also ensuring the decisions help drive our monetization ambitions. You will be responsible to partner with product and tech teams to identify key opportunities, develop a path ahead that delights users AND clients and define KPIs to measure the efficacy of our launches. This position is a really unique opportunity to influence how we build a best in class app that engages users and ensure the brand’s needs are also met.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Fetch app’s GTM strategy to enhance consumer experience while driving monetization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product and tech teams to prioritize and build user-friendly features that balance engagement and revenue generation.
  • KPI Definition & Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track app performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize user experience and monetization.
  • Consumer Insights & Market Trends: Leverage market research and user behavior data to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and stay competitive.
  • Launch & Innovation Management: Oversee feature launches and continuously experiment with new ideas to improve both user experience and monetization strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively communicate the value proposition of our app and user engagement. 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 12+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years of experience working as a leader in driving Go-to-Market strategy and working with cross-functional partners.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive both consumer engagement and monetization in a mobile app environment.
  • Excellent Execution Skills: Execution is crucial in a Go-to-Market role as it transforms strategic plans into tangible outcomes, ensuring effective launches and market penetration.
  • Data-driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, track performance, and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Innovative Thinker: Able to experiment with new features and approaches, staying ahead of market trends to ensure the app remains competitive and engaging.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent at managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams to deliver impactful product launches and sustained revenue growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Experience in developing sales enablement tools, training materials, and playbooks to support the sales team in effectively communicating the value of the product.

Additional desirable qualities:

  • Knowledge of the ads industry and the latest trends
  • Experience in Go-to-Market, Strategy & Operations or Consulting
  • Intermediate SQL skills

Compensation: 

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $208,000 - $250,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
