Job Summary
Ignite MeridianLink’s digital presence and make a tangible impact on our sales cycle! The Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in shortening the sales cycle by driving awareness, building a compelling brand image and narrative, providing educational content, highlighting MeridianLink’s unique differentiators, and targeting the right audiences. This role also oversees internal and external communication strategies and their execution. Additionally, the manager will drive SEO and lead generation efforts through various digital channels, monitor and assess campaign effectiveness, and provide insights to enhance overall strategic online initiatives.

Responsibilities
-Oversee and optimize paid advertising across FinTech outlets and online media sources. Explore and evaluate new advertising channels to expand MeridianLink’s digital footprint. Build and maintain vendor relationships to negotiate ad placements and identify additional marketing opportunities through ad vendors.
-Develop and execute campaigns in close partnership with the Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams. Implement retargeting strategies aligned with Demand Generation initiatives. Work collaboratively with Demand Generation and Corporate Communications teams to enhance SEO, social media, and web performance.
-Handle the setup, execution, and reporting of advertising campaigns using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce. Ensure accurate tracking and analysis of campaign performance.
-Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities to evolve MeridianLink’s digital marketing and paid media presence. Use insights from web analytics tools to continually optimize SEO and digital strategies.
-Collaborate on creating engaging, SEO-rich content for social media and other digital platforms. Manage video content and oversee distribution on channels such as Vimeo and YouTube.
-Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance and achieve better results.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related business disciplines
-2-4 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment
-Google Analytics and AdWords expertise
-Experience working in the FinTech or Tech industry is highly desirable
-Expert knowledge of major social media, content, and advertising platforms
-Experience in analytics tools, reporting on advertising performance in support of digital initiatives and analyzing results to offer optimization
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work comfortably in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment

MeridianLink runs a comprehensive background check, credit check, and drug test as part of our offer process.
Salary range of $71,000 - $100.200. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
