The Digital/Growth Marketing Director is creative, analytical and results-oriented. This role is responsible for developing digital strategies and executing campaigns across all digital channels to attract new leads, convert prospects to customers and engage key accounts. The Marketing Director will work closely with the broader Marketing & Communications team to drive brand awareness and consideration through the promotion of thought leadership reports, insights articles, announcements and other marketing initiatives.
This role will manage Gracenote’s website and digital vendors and assess and integrate new marketing technologies that drive efficiencies and enhance campaign reporting and analysis. This role will also be responsible for digital campaign reporting and analytics to help inform future digital strategies.
Prior digital marketing experience is a must, as is a strong background in website management (including CMS knowledge), email campaign strategies, social media and content marketing. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and analytics software is a must. Candidates must be able to understand and translate complex technologies into compelling digital campaigns that attract and convert prospects. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate an ability to execute with velocity.

Responsibilities:
Ideate, manage and execute digital marketing strategies to attract new leads, convert prospects to customers and engage key accountsDevelop and execute comprehensive owned and paid digital marketing strategies and campaigns to support lead generation objectives, including email marketing, lead nurturing, retargeting, display advertising, paid search, SEO, paid media and social mediaManage and optimize all digital channels and related vendors including website (user experience and marketing technologies) and social media platformsOversee all SEO-related tasks and deliverables including competitive SEO and keyword analysisLead complex, cross-functional go-to-market initiatives for new products and featuresPartner closely with content and communications teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for thought leadership reports and contentWork with product and commercial leaders to develop compelling messaging to engage prospects and clientsManage the execution of global email marketing campaigns including audience segmentation, reporting and analyticsAnalyze marketing and sales data to identify key insights/trends and inform in-flight/future campaign optimization strategiesDrive the lead routing and follow-up process for all campaigns and track program performanceSpearhead ROI and metrics for new marketing strategies, partnering with Operations, Product and Finance teams to identify trade-offs and recommendationsIdentify and pursue cross-category opportunities, partnering with teams across NielsenSet campaign goals and KPIs, as well as direct and manage day-to-day priorities, workflow and qualityDevelop and manage international campaign budgets
Qualifications:
5 - 7+ years of marketing programs experience, with a focus on owned and paid email and digital marketingAdvanced English level, both written and verbal.Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on leading campaign performance metrics as well as revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROIExperience managing websites and hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot)Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adwords and other Martech toolsFamiliarity with social media platforms and analyticsProven ability to manage multiple projects, programs and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentMotivated self-starter with ability/confidence to work independently, and as part of a teamExperience working with designers to develop compelling digital materials on time and on budgetHighly organized, great attention to detail and deadline drivenWorks well under tight deadlines, self-starter and self-managerHave a roll up your sleeves and get it done attitude – it is not enough to have great ideas, you must be able to get stuff doneAbility to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with a structured approachBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
