The Role - Digital Growth Leader
This role is crucial for accelerating our self-serve Go-to-Market (GTM) motion. It will partner closely with the Product team to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies. As a leader of our Marketing team, you will develop and execute comprehensive growth plans, optimize marketing funnels, and drive impactful campaigns to fuel our expansion in the B2B cloud infrastructure space.
This position will report directly to the EOS Worldwide Integrator.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who wants an execution-heavy Growth Marketing role. In this role, you will:
- Develop detailed digital marketing plans for the complete customer lifecycle (customer acquisition/conversion journey, ongoing usage/engagement/graduation, customer retention, and growth/expansion). Plans will span messaging and channel-level activation details, including content marketing, social, paid media, web, and email marketing.
- Orchestrate execution of plans across Digital, Content, Web, and Email marketing teams, and own outcomes of all product-led growth (PLG) Marketing efforts
- Define key operational metrics to measure and optimize the performance of lifecycle marketing efforts across channels
- Design and deploy A/B testing program for testing hypotheses across the complete customer lifecycle
- Jointly own revenue objectives with Product counterparts
- Identify priority market segments and define the ideal customer journey and lifecycle for EOS Worldwide’s self-serve products
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand target audience needs, preferences, and pain points.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a PLG role, preferably within B2B SaaS targeting the SMB sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with a small, high-performing group of peers across Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
- Ability to create a shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Proven managerial and leadership skills
- Proficient in SaaS and product marketing tactics and strategies
- Ability to navigate fast-paced growth and change with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent and highly professional interpersonal skills - in person, via video conference, and by phone

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a company running on EOS is a plus
- Adept at working in a full-time remote working environment
- Experience working for an entrepreneurial organization
Location: Work from home position with occasional work travel and on-site collaborative meetings as needed.
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation Range: $175,000 - $195,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus the potential for a performance-based bonus in addition to tech/office stipend, health benefits, life insurance, 401k match, voluntary life/disability/AD&D, summer flextime, PTO, and more.
