What You'll Do

Lead multiple customer accounts, ensuring all reviewed copy aligns with brief, strategy, brand tone, and digital best practices

Continuously improve and streamline processes using AI tools, collaborating with Superside’s AI experts to drive innovation

Step in to craft clear and engaging copy for websites, including landing pages, product descriptions, blog posts, and long-form content, when needed

Set and uphold high standards for creative quality and alignment with Superside’s brand expectations

What You'll Need to Succeed

8+ years experience as a world-class digital content specialist, with a strong portfolio of high-quality content across various industries and channels

Excellent English proficiency with the ability to adapt writing style and tone for diverse audiences and mediums

Proven ability to build strong customer relationships, fostering trust and maintaining open, effective communication

Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and an eagerness to integrate AI into content workflows

Understanding of SEO principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to drive engagement and actions

High attention to detail, with the ability to review work meticulously and provide constructive feedback

Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage change and stay current with industry trends

A balanced approach to hands-on content creation and overseeing multiple projects

Strong team leadership skills, with a focus on developing and mentoring team members

Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and organized mindset, comfortable working remotely
