The Development Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day activities of the Project Development Team and will serve in a supporting role to the team as they advance utility-scale solar and storage projects through the development life cycle. The Development Coordinator must be well organized, able to prioritize tasks, and be enthusiastic about renewable energy development.
What You’ll Do:
- Take direction from the Project Development Team on tasks needed to support project development efforts.
- Submit and track invoices and payment obligations to Accounts Payable and internal tracking databases.
- Engage with landowners for payments, notices, signatures, and notarizations.
- Ensure project information is up to date in Salesforce (CRM Software).
- Update project budgets and review contracts to track deadlines for payments, deliverables, and reporting.
- Occasional travel to attend and support the Team during community events, public meetings, conferences, and site visits.
- Support the creation and distribution of internal and external-facing materials including presentations, informational and marketing materials, and project websites.
- Organize and maintain file folders and data rooms.
- Aid in planning external community events and internal team events.

Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Holding a degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
Working Environment and Physical Demand
- Preference for candidates based in the Western U.S.
- Occasional travel required, up to 20%.
