We are hiring a Derivatives Operations Specialist to join Binance Derivative Liquidity business

Responsibilities:

Conduct cashflow settlements, reconciliation, and clearing with our trade counterparts.

Oversee automated hedging process that manages cashflow risks, and perform manual interventions as needed.

Manage margin and collateral in a timely and effective manner, while ensuring that proper controls are in place. Continually review opportunities to enhance margin efficiency and margin call risks.

Analyze, review, and report trade performance.

Support new business initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders such as Developers, Finance, Clearing, Legal and other Internal Product teams.

Draft business requirements to build out new products, or to enhance existing frameworks

Analyze performance data and metrics to continually refine and optimize growth strategies for the business.

Support ad-hoc needs for operations, settlement and fund management.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or higher, major in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar relevant area required.

1-5 years of experience in Web3 or finance industries required.

Good communication skills, dedication to details, sharp in numbers, and comfortable to work with a global team across different geographies and functions

Familiarity with derivatives is strongly preferred

Previous experience with a similar role is a plus

Ability to work with Python and SQL is a plus
