As a Delivery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage and maintain a centralized repository of all executed contracts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
- Track and monitor contract expiration dates, renewal terms, and key milestones to proactively initiate contract renewals or renegotiations as necessary.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure alignment on contract terms, pricing, and billing details.
- Oversee billing and invoicing processes related to contracted services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with contract terms.
- Monitor and analyze contract performance metrics, financial data, and billing information to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external parties regarding contract-related inquiries, escalations, and dispute resolution.
- Serve as the primary contact for Business operations support for all internal delivery team
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and legal developments relevant to contract management and billing practices.
- Prepare the MIS and publish the dashboards.
- Would be working closely with the finance team for the renewal of the contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager) preferred.
- Proven experience 8-12 years in contract management, preferably in a SaaS-based software company or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law, financial principles, and billing processes.
- Proficiency in contract management software with Salesforce expertise.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
- Strong experience in MIS reporting and publishing the dashboards .
