How you will make an impact:
Iterable is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join its growing team. This is a hands-on position that will be critical to enhance company contract execution. In this role, you will ensure that all contracts in our queue are reviewed, structured, consistently evaluated, approved, and closed as quickly and efficiently as possible. This role will report to the Senior Deal Desk Manager.

In this role you’ll get to:
- Review pricing and contract structure to ensure alignment with business, legal, and finance requirements
- Calculate margins on deals to ensure each opportunity is meeting gross margin targets
- Enforce best practices for the quoting process, pricing guidelines, and overall Deal Desk processes
- Be creative and solutions oriented by finding solutions to non-standard deals that still align with business rules
- Escalate approvals to the appropriate business partners and functions for review and approval
- Help streamline, standardize, and automate contracting processes to meet internal SLAs
- Help manage current CPQ tool and make recommendations for future improvements
- Help support sales with quote and order form creation, including making edits inside of the CPQ system and manually updating order forms
- Review incoming bookings by ensuring all documentation is attached and data is entered accurately
- Help manage data integrity and reporting in Salesforce
- Help maintain and develop internal documentation relating to standard operating procedures
We are looking for people who have:
- 2 + years experience in a Deal Desk, Order Management, and/or Revenue Operations role/responsibilities
- Experience in CRM and CPQ tools (Salesforce.com)
- Can be self-sufficient and self-managed, especially during crunch time
- Detail-oriented and has an analytical approach to proactively solving problems
- Strong collaborator with multiple functions with well-versed interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication
- Previous experience driving and managing projects independently
- Willingness and eagerness to learn on the job
- Ability to work and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Adobe skills

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is 80,500 - 135,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
