This is an onsite position at The Hideout, Clark, Pampanga.

The Data Processing Analyst is responsible for performing data entry and processing tasks such as review, entry, reconciliation of data, and document handling that requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and technical proficiency. This position will use a variety of software tools to enter data and ensure that it is error-free and up to date.

This is an onsite position at The Hideout, Clark, Pampanga.

What does a day in the life as a Data Processing Analyst look like?

Accurately enters data from various sources into the necessary systems and databases

Uses software tools such as Excel, Word, and Google Sheets to enter data

Verifies the accuracy and completeness of entered data

Performs quality checks on data entry to ensure that it is error-free and up to date

Continuously improves knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules

Collaborates with other departments as needed to resolve issues

Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times

Adheres to company policies and procedures

Meets or exceeds performance targets for related KPI’s

Performs other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications for a Data Processing Analyst?

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience as a data processing analyst or similar role

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Experienced with any CRM platforms
