The Data Processing Analyst is responsible for performing data entry and processing tasks such as review, entry, reconciliation of data, and document handling that requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and technical proficiency. This position will use a variety of software tools to enter data and ensure that it is error-free and up to date.

What does a day in the life as a Data Processing Analyst look like?

Execute fast, accurate transaction processing including data parsing, data entry, and data enrichment

Communicates with the clients thru email, chat and voice channels (must be willing to do calls as needed)

Closely follow process workflows and support in implementation of initiatives, projects as directed by leadership

Collaborates closely with pod leader, team leader or team manager regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks and activities

Consistently perform with high accuracy and attention to detail

Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts

What are the required qualifications of a Data Processing Analyst?

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to process data fast and produce accurate results

Ability to closely follow process workflows implemented by team leaders and team manager

Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Data Processing/Customer Service role

At least 3 months chat and email experience

Excel proficiency is a requirement

Must possess above average English communication skills

Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts
