We are seeking a highly motivated Data & Performance Analyst to join our team. As a crucial member of our Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing data from various digital media channels, deriving actionable insights, and optimizing campaign performance to drive business growth.

As a crucial member of our Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing data from various digital media channels, deriving actionable insights, and optimizing campaign performance to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) routines for the attribution infrastructure to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Utilize advanced SQL skills to create and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for seamless data flows.
  • Analyze data from paid search, display, social media, and other digital channels to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and future strategies.
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics and facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Lead multi-touch attribution projects for both web and app platforms to measure the impact of marketing efforts accurately.

  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing media platforms such as Meta ads, Google Ads, TikTok ads, or others, with a strong understanding of their respective analytics tools and capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs), especially AppsFlyer, and expertise in web/app attribution methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript for data analysis and automation tasks.
  • Strong understanding of API structures and the ability to integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Passion for technology and its transformative impact on optimizing marketing operations.
