About the role:
We’re looking for a spectacular Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics Team and work in partnership with all business areas at Unbounce—Revenue, Product, and Operations. Our goal is to enable strategic insights and help our business make better decisions faster.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyze data and communicate insights to inform product, design, user experience, and go-to-market decisions
- Perform opportunity and impact assessments to clarify roadmaps and measure success
- Build and tell stories using data that drive actions and outcomes
- Identify and iterate on acquisition, adoption, usage, engagement, and retention/churn metrics
- Develop and support reports/dashboards to monitor business health and performance
- Work in partnership with stakeholder teams to help them understand and leverage data confidently
- Work in partnership with Analytics Engineering to capture and translate business intelligence requirements into analytics solutions
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests
- Contribute to maintaining our data integrity and trustworthiness
A little bit about you:
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence
- You have experience analyzing user experience, product performance, usage and engagement, retention/churn, product/market fit, etc
- You have solid SQL programming skills and an understanding of complex relational data structures
- You are familiar with basic data engineering concepts such as data warehousing, data pipelines, data modeling and ETL
- You are familiar with analytics instrumentation or have experience working with analytics developers
- You have experience providing analytics support to cross-functional teams
- You have experience creating intuitive visualizations and dashboards using a BI tool like Tableau, Looker or Power BI
- You’re analytical and curious

- $85,000 - $100,000
