Hi, we’re Gravie. We improve the way employers offer health benefits and provide employees coverage they can actually use. We are looking for a Data Analyst for a 3 month contract.

YOU WILL:
· Generate and distribute reports to various business units, utilizing SQL and Excel skills
· Promptly address ad-hoc data and reporting requests received via ticketing system
· Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on the work of other data analysts
· Collaborate closely with others on your team and across the company to deliver results.
· Transform sometimes complex and large datasets into a usable format that can be used in conjunction with existing tools to show meaningful results.
YOU BRING:
· Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills
· Quantitative proficiency, with some mathematical and statistical work experience and/or coursework
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with ability to manipulate large and complex datasets and perform insightful analysis on that data
· Experience using SQL to query databases and explore data
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Habits of excellent organization, time management, and responsiveness
· A flexible attitude and ability to work independently with limited direction
· An appetite for learning and quickly putting what you learn into practice
· Demonstrated commitment to core Gravie competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and results oriented
· College degree, technical certification or equivalent experience required
EXTRA CREDIT:
· Background or interest in health insurance or healthcare
· Knowledge of Python, R, or other statistical programming languages
