Agicap allows Finance teams of Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash, pay their suppliers and get paid. Working together with the Onboarding team and the CS Ops team, you will have a direct relationship with clients and you will provide regular feedback to the Product team. Your mission will consist of assisting clients in their implementation of Agicap solution’s key features (banking and data integration).
For that purpose, you will be responsible for :
- Integrate customer data (70%):
- Collect and integrate client’s data from various sources (banks, accounting tools)Connect client’s banks
- Arrange the data into a format that can be imported into Agicap
- Build the team (15%):
- Contribute to the creation of the Customer Success Technical team
- Train new Customer Success Managers on customer data integration processes
- Build a library of i to process customer data in a scalable way
- Contribute to build Agicap’s knowledge management on banking aggregation
- Build a wiki of best practices and key processes
- Contribute to scale the processes by defining, improving and automating the way we collect and transform customer data for import
- Contribute to the product development (15%):
- Become the reference within the Customer Success department for customer data import, banking aggregation and act as the point of contact for the Product team
- Provide structured and quantitative product feedbacks to help prioritise customer data integration features and banking aggregations
This position is also the gateway to many opportunities within the Customer Success department, the Product department, and Agicap in general.
