About the team:
As a Customer Success Representative (known internally as a Fountain Country Representative or FCR), you will work as an independent contractor and will work exclusively with one of the biggest players in the logistics space to ensure their Delivery Partner franchises are fully trained on the Fountain platform and are fully utilizing the platform.
In this role, you will be owning the ongoing engagement and training of the Delivery Partner franchises in the France market.

- Communicating the value of these solutions to their team and executives
What you’ll be doing:
- Onboard and train Delivery Partner franchises based in the country assigned to you onto the Fountain hiring tool. These training sessions will be held over Zoom
- Build long-term relationships as you begin to understand their systems, personnel, needs, and goals of your customer base. Be a strategic partner and thought leader for your customers by providing recruiting industry insights and best practices
- Virtually meet with the Delivery Partners regularly to help them optimize their driver hiring processes utilizing the Fountain hiring platform
- Ensure Delivery Partners are actively engaging with the Fountain tool
- Train Delivery Partners to new Fountain product features and operational changes
- Interact with clients via email and Zoom to gather project requirements, communicate strategies, and report back the tracking milestones and success.
- Create, outline, and maintain updates on project plans, document milestones, and contribute to client success stories
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, engineering, marketing), advocating on behalf of your customers
- Use your insights and innovations working with customers to lead team projects that improve the experience for all customers
What you should bring:
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role
- French language proficiency (Mother tongue) + fluent English language
- A background in customer success, support and/or account management, developing holistic strategies to train and guide complex organizations toward measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in project management and experience leveraging internal resources and stakeholders to execute against deadlines within a complex organization
- Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and organizational abilities
- Curious and eager to learn the industry and product
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying creative solutions
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and reporting platforms
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to travel for the occasional on-site customer meeting
Salary:
- This position will start as a 1-year contract
- You will be expected to work a standard 40-hour work week
- Starting compensation is ~€19.44 per hour (~€40,435.00 per year)
