TITLE:  Customer Onboarding Manager Senior

LOCATION: King of Prussia, PA (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. subject to approval from management) (Full-time telework)

DUTIES: Provide full life cycle delivery of technology implementation services on key projects. Work across cross functional teams to find solutions to impediments and drive progress to meet milestones.  Analyze and determine implementation and system requirements. Execute project management and provide training, consultation and support before, during and immediately after new client, existing client & new vendor implementation/conversion efforts. Mentor, train, and provide oversight to peers and cross functional team members on best practices for product implementation. Full-time telework.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and One (1) year in any job title involving experience in technology development and implementation of transformative new technology or bespoke software solutions. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and Three (3) years in any job title involving experience in technology development and implementation of transformative new technology or bespoke software solutions. Prior experience must include: One (1) year using project planning and managing software that creates project plans based on scope; One (1) year of experience in a project management role where technology is used to transform business processes or functions; One (1) year implementing SaaS technology suite of products for financial institutions or fintech company clients; Applying lessons learned from prior projects to continuously improve implementation services, planning, and delivery, including effort and hours for project tasks completion, and determining alternative ways to accomplish tasks; Using project management methodologies and best practices, including identifying risks, communicating to teams, and preparing project plans; Performing root cause analysis and developing IT solutions within tight deadlines for enterprise level business environment, including managing at least 2 projects simultaneously; and Client facing experience confirming business and IT requirements and delivering solutions via written and oral presentations.

TRAVEL:  Less than 5% travel in a year may be required for business meetings

SALARY:  $140,317 per year
