Description

Role & Responsibilities

Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze and optimize the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, to identify pain points and growth opportunities.

Growth Strategies: Develop and execute innovative growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and increase retention across all product categories, including used electronics, appliances, and  cars

CRM Management: Manage CRM systems, personalize customer interactions, and set up automated marketing campaigns based on user behavior.

Mobile App Attribution and Analytics: We use Adjust to track, analyze, and optimize our mobile app performance. We also use user data to drive insights and identify key conversion triggers and bottlenecks.

Campaign Tracking: Implement tracking, A/B testing, and optimization techniques to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, particularly in digital channels.

Collaboration: Work closely with product, data, and marketing teams to implement growth experiments, communicate insights, and integrate growth feedback into the product roadmap.

Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data from multiple sources (Adjust, Google Analytics, internal CRM) to inform product and marketing strategies, creating actionable insights and continuous improvements.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, CRM management, or related roles, ideally within startups or fast-growing companies.
- Proven experience working with Adjust or similar mobile analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Webengage or MoEngage is a plus, as we leverage Webengage for CRM and customer journey optimization.
- Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and experience with CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and turn them into actionable strategies.
- Experience in multi-channel marketing (email, push notifications, SMS, social, paid advertising).
- A growth mindset with a deep understanding of how to build, engage, and retain users.
-English fluency is a must
