The Poker CRM Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the marketing and CRM efforts within the poker vertical. Reporting directly to the Director of Poker Marketing and working closely with the Marketing and CRM Manager, this junior role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns, focusing on email, text, push, and in-app notifications. The specialist will be primarily involved in the creation, scheduling, and analysis of CRM communications, requiring proficiency in CRM tools and a keen eye for detail.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing and CRM Manager to develop and execute CRM campaigns across email, text, push, and in-app notifications.
- Create engaging and personalized content for CRM communications, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Schedule and deploy CRM communications according to established timelines and best practices, paying close attention to audience segmentation and targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct regular analysis of key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and analytics teams, to coordinate CRM initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM, email marketing, and customer engagement, incorporating learnings into campaign strategies and execution.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience in CRM or email marketing roles, preferably in the online gambling or gaming industry.
