Creative Technologist

Description

Superside is seeking a Creative Technologist to spearhead initiatives integrating artificial intelligence with creative technology. You’ll craft and evolve AI capabilities that directly influence our creative outputs and ensure optimal integration of new technologies.

As a member of our Generative AI Excellence team, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our industry-leading position, redefining the possibilities within the creative sector, enhancing Superside’s offerings, and reinforcing our status as innovators at the nexus of AI and creativity.

What You'll Do

Lead creative and technical efforts in generative AI, focusing on real customer projects to solve tangible problems.

Develop new methodologies and technologies that address and satisfy customer needs, ensuring seamless integration into market offerings.

Use a customer-centric approach to align technical developments with commercial objectives to enhance customers’ satisfaction and business impact.

Act as a technical lead in exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies.

Develop full-stack solutions that are robust and scalable, setting the technical direction for projects within the business

Seamlessly integrate creative technologies into the product development department (TPD), enhancing user experience and functionality.

Champion the adoption of new tools and techniques within the team.

Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to align technology development with business goals and user needs.

Facilitate a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficient problem-solving.

Establish yourself as a thought leader in creative technology, sharing insights and best practices with the team and the broader community

What You'll Need To Succeed

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Interactive Media / Computational Design

4+ years in a technology development and application role, preferably within a tech-driven creative agency or an innovation-focused company

Strong foundation in full-stack development with considerable experience

Proficient in technologies such as Vanilla JS, Python, C#, NodeJS, React, Redux, SASS/CSS, preferably some familiarity with AWS & Snowflake DBs

Expertise using prototyping tools like Figma and animation libraries such as React Spring or Framer Motion

Familiarity with implementing LLMs API and generative AI technologies into the full stack workflow, enhancing product functionality and user interaction

Proven track record of successful projects in technology or creative sectors

A pragmatic approach to technology development, emphasizing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) over technical perfection

A fail-fast/learn-quickly mentality, with the ability to pivot without attachment to specific technical concepts

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to innovate under constraints

A proactive, execution-driven mindset, capable of leading projects from concept to execution.

Excellent verbal and written communication, with an ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
