As part of our globally distributed team, you’ll work with some of the most recognizable brands, like Meta, Amazon, Salesforce, Shopify, and more, delivering innovative design solutions that leverage AI to push creative boundaries.

This is a pivotal role for creative professionals who are passionate about harnessing AI to enhance their craft while contributing to creative solutions across various expertise areas, including Ad and Social Creative, Print Design, Presentation Design, and more.

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver AI-enhanced creative work to top global brands, across diverse design fields, including branding, digital ads, social media, presentations, and more.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring timely delivery.

Work strategically to answer the customers' needs, by asking the right questions to understand customers' objectives and briefs

Tailor creative outputs to customer objectives, helping businesses achieve growth and add value through AI-enhanced designs.

Collaborate with globally distributed teams, including Creative Directors and Project Managers, to deliver top-tier creative solutions

Actively integrate AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly into your workflow, leveraging their capabilities to create innovative and impactful designs.

Continuously experiment with new AI tools, technologies, and methodologies to remain at the forefront of the industry, contributing to Superside’s reputation as a leader in AI-driven creative solutions.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative Arts, or a related field.

Proven success in a top-tier creative role within a top tier international agency or global in-house design team.

A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills across branding, digital ads, and creative concepts, with evidence of AI-enhanced work.

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to produce high-quality, collaborative design outputs.

Hands-on experience with AI design tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, and Adobe Firefly, including ownership of the process from image generation to post-production.

A proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple projects and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with teammates.

Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate creative concepts effectively.

A high degree of adaptability, curiosity, and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI-driven creativity.

We’re thrilled to be hiring Creatives with AI experience to join our team in May 2025! Here’s an overview of the timeline so you know what to expect:

January – February: We’ll review applications and portfolios as they come in.

February: First interviews will begin, giving us the chance to get to know you better.

February – March: For some roles, we’ll conduct case study assessments followed by related interviews.

March: Final interviews with key team members will take place.

Late March: Offers will be extended to successful candidates.
