Cribl is looking forward to adding a Corporate FP&A Manager to the finance team to oversee our revenue and topline forecasting, manage finance systems, and support the IT & Security functions. If You Got It, We Want It
- Develop and maintain revenue and bookings models for SaaS and cloud consumption businesses. Monitor and report key metrics of revenue performance to senior management. Partner with Engineering and Analytics teams to refine cloud and product forecasting.
- Act as an administrator of FP&A systems tools. Responsible for roadmap, optimization, and maintenance of EPM tool (Pigment). Identify opportunities for system improvements, including adoption and use-cases across the business.
- Play an integral role in the Company’s annual planning and forecast processes for the Security and IT organizations.
- Prepare and present monthly reporting packages including BvAs to leadership within IT and Security.
- Assist in preparation of reporting packages for quarterly board and investor materials.
- Partner with Operations and Accounting teams to track and analyze key performance indicators and trends and assess current and future business risks and opportunities.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will Have...
- 5+ years of FP&A, Finance or Accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business-related focus
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and wear multiple hats
- Exemplary attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally
- Experience with financial software tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, NetSuite, and Salesforce
Bonus Points
- Experience at a high-growth pre-IPO SaaS company preferred
Salary Range ($125,000 - $160,000)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
