The Corporate Development Lead will report to the CFO and will work closely with our Chief Strategist. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to support our inorganic growth opportunities across all lines of business. The ideal candidate will have a background in M&A and strategic partnerships and has experience in SaaS technology. You will support the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities and strategic initiatives, including opportunity assessment, business case development, and leading due diligence processes.

Support the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities and strategic initiatives, including opportunity assessment, business case development, and leading due diligence processesSource, research and recommend potential M&A and strategic opportunitiesFrame questions, analysis and meaningful and unbiased decision points for executives/stakeholders to make informed and efficient decisionsConduct thorough financial models to assess a company’s valuation and synergy opportunitiesHelp develop materials and present findings and recommendations to executives and the BoardUnderstand R365’s industry, operations, products, and sales model to help evaluate opportunities in the marketProvide objective advice and recommendations Additional duties as assigned
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
The ideal candidate will have about 5 – 7 years of corporate development experience with prior or current experience in SaaSExperience in an in-house corporate development function or a relevant role in venture capital or private equityExperience working across functions to gain input and alignment including enterprise sales, product and operations teamsAptitude for post-transitional project management and integrationStrong financial modeling skillsAbility to work with stakeholders at all levels within and outside of Restaurant365
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
This position has a salary range of $90K-$150K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
