About the Role:
Bring thought leadership to the company-wide internal communications strategy by identifying, developing, and producing comprehensive plans and content for internal platforms. Inspire and connect employees with our strategy to influence and drive change. Bring a journalistic approach to storytelling – written, verbal, and visual — to share examples of how we bring the company’s strategy to life and to cultivate an informed and inspired culture. This role reports to our Corporate Communications Manager.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with business leaders to produce compelling internal communication plans designed to inform and empower employees, drive change, promote engagement, amplify our brand, and create a deeper connection to our purpose and culture.
- Function as an internal journalist eager to learn more about Pathward’s business and the people who power it.
- Develop, write, and research employee interest features that align with Pathward’s values.
- Lead the content creation and publication of biweekly internal newsletter.
- Develop creative and innovative modes to deliver compelling communications to employees through various channels.
- Maintain a content calendar of enterprise events and initiatives and execute related communications.
- Manage feedback mechanisms, solicit employee feedback on internal communications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
- Stay current with emerging trends to determine the most effective communication media to convey messaging and engage target audience.

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Salary range: $57,582.12 – $106,345.10
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
