About the Role:
We are looking for a Corporate Account Executive to help us establish and grow Commercial accounts across all verticals in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in selling technology to different verticals in your region. You’ll also benefit from Camunda’s growth model, and recognition as a leader in the Process Orchestration category to grow the region. On your path to success, you'll partner closely with your Account teams and Partners across the region. This role will be our first step with a local resource in sales for Spain. We already have customers such as Santander or Caixa and others in BFSI, or the public sector. We also have an existing partner ecosystem, which will also need to be developed. This is a great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneur mindset.
You’ll report directly to the Director of EMEA West Sales. Camunda’s Field Operations organization is driven by a fully remote workforce that emphasizes accountability, agility, and collaboration.
What you'll be doing:
- Driving ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles including; technical discovery and evaluations, presentations, financial and legal negotiations, and on-site customer meetings when necessary
- Articulating Camunda’s value proposition and vision to multiple levels of technical and business leadership
- Collaboration and partnering with Camunda Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners (GSI and Regional) to understand and support customer use cases
- Planning your territory for success. In the context of Camundas global growth strategy, you will be responsible in defining your focus areas to maximize your chance of success. You will do that collaboratively by leveraging our Account Development, Customer success, Architecture and Partner teams
What you bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- Familiarity building territory and account plans
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Successful track record of pipeline building
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience focused on organizations with >1000 employees
- Experience selling complex IT products or solutions navigating complex buying centers
- Industry familiarity with one of BFSI, Telco, Public Sector a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish

Compensation
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $181,900.00 to $272,800.00
- Germany: €121,000.00 to €181,400.00
- United Kingdom: £117,900.00 to £176,800.00
- Singapore: S$225,900.00 to S$338,800.00
