What You'll Do:
As a Contract Senior Tech Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping PMG’s future. You'll collaborate with hiring teams, craft strategies, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. Specifically, you will:
- Build innovative sourcing and hiring strategies for technical talent.
- Deeply understand business needs to deliver thoughtful recruiting solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong network of technical talent through proactive market research and relationship-building.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, leveraging data to influence decisions.
- Champion PMG’s mission, vision, and values, ensuring candidates feel inspired at every step.
What We're Looking For:
We need someone who’s not just great at recruiting but thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments. If you have a passion for finding and engaging exceptional talent, we’d love to meet you.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, including sourcing passive candidates.
- Proven success recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Front-end/Back-end Developers, DevOps, Product Managers, and Analytics Leads.
- Experience in a high-volume, high-production environment where quality and metrics matter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field.
- Expertise with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Workday, or similar tools.
- Strong data fluency with the ability to analyze metrics and influence hiring decisions.
- A track record of hiring diverse talent and fostering inclusive recruitment practices.
- Passion for building a workplace that reflects PMG’s commitment to equality and innovation.
