We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Content Marketing Associate with strong writing skills who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Content Marketing Associate will be assisting in the development of whitepapers, ebooks, blogs, case studies and other marketing assets to help attract and educate our target audience -- all while upholding the Fivetran brand narrative and voice. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Brand Studio and more.
This is a full-time remote position based in Colorado.
What You'll Do
- Content creation and production: Assist with developing high-quality, engaging content across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, podcasts and website content; build creative assets in Canva; proofread to ensure content meets brand guidelines
- Content management: Maintain our internal library of marketing resources as well as upload content and support asset management in CMS
- Project management: Manage multiple tasks with cross-functional partners, ensuring projects are completed on time and in an efficient manner
- Research support: Maintain repositories of customer quotes and first- and third-party report stats; assist with research projects as needed; explore new ways to distribute content to our target audience organically; stay up to date with industry news to help generate ideas for content development
- Analytics and optimization: Monitor content KPI metrics and leverage insights to refine and improve engagement, traffic and conversion rates across blogs, case studies and ebooks
Skills We’re Looking for
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the tech industry
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Self-starter and creative thinker who is always looking to improve upon existing processes and ways of working
