Job Description
What will you be doing?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) to join our dynamic team in the aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace compliance verification and must be a sole UK national. This role is critical to ensuring that our products meet all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead the compliance verification process, ensuring all regulatory and certification requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain compliance verification plans, checklists, and reports.
- Conduct thorough reviews of design documents, test plans, and test results to verify compliance with aerospace standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve compliance issues.
- Liaise with certification authorities and represent the company during audits and inspections.
- Provide expert advice on regulatory and compliance matters to internal teams.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with industry standards.
- Keep abreast of changes in aerospace regulations and standards, and ensure these are incorporated into company practices.

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Sole UK national (UK Passport holder)
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace compliance verification.
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace regulations and standards (e.g., EASA, FAA, CAA, DAOS, Part 21 G/J).
- Proven experience in managing compliance verification for aerospace projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
