The role, in a nutshell:

We are looking for a Compensation Analyst who will play a key role within the Sales Operations team. You will have the opportunity to work cross functionally while implementing and administering competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent in a hyper growth environment. 

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the Director of Sales Operations to manage execution of the sales compensation process including plan implementation, communication and administration of sales plans and special incentive programs.
  • Implement and administer the incentive compensation reporting application including: system enhancements, report design, functionality improvements, and on-going stability.
  • Execute  plan calculations and conduct an audit of commission statements to ensure prior to releasing payments to Finance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in the calculations.
  • Manage commission statement delivery and hold office hours for questions. 
  • Meet and collaborate with various stakeholders and teams (Finance & GTM Ops) to drive compensation plans and sales efficiency improvements.
  • Create and maintain compensation program documentation such as plan descriptions, policies, guidelines, trainings, and processes.
  • Analyze and forecast the success of variable compensation components in addition to conducting ad-hoc analysis of overall rep performance and commission plan effectiveness.
  • Partner with sales leadership and sales operations to resolve any compensation related anomolies.

What we're looking for:

  • 1-3 years of experience with sales compensation in a hyper growth environment
  • Familiarity with Go-to-Market roles such as Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, etc. 
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related function is a plus
  • Experience with Sales Commission tools (Xactly, Callidus, Spiff, CaptivateIQ, QuotaPath, etc) strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Extreme attention to detail and a sense of high data integrity for the information you handle  
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
