Position Title: Community Outreach Manager
Location: Remote with travel and event work required
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Some evening/weekend hours are required to provide services needed

What will you do as a Community Outreach Ambassador?
- Develop and execute outreach plans to increase visibility and engagement with our organization's target audience nationwide.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders and organizations.
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and meetings to promote our mission and initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling outreach materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to educate target audiences about our organization's programs, services, and impact.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $85,000-123,000 Annual Salary (Based on Experience)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, or advocacy, preferably on a national scale.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with event planning and public speaking is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and social media platforms, is preferred.
