How you will make an impact:
Iterable is looking for a Commission Analyst to join its growing team. This is a hands-on position that will be critical in managing the comprehensive “end-to-end” processing of commission plans and sales incentive payment calculation for all commissionable positions worldwide. In this role, you will collaborate with finance, HR, and sales/services leadership to ensure operational alignment. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills, and will be comfortable taking initiative to solve problems and help drive greater efficiency and process automation. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Deal Desk & Sales Compensation.

In this role you’ll get to:
- Administer and manage day to day operations of our global compensation plan, ensuring payments are accurate/timely and paid in accordance with plan provisions
- Manage and own the workflows in CaptivateIQ and be the primary point of contact for the tool
- Maintain proper documentation of the commissions processes and related control
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers and sales leaders to address questions regarding compensation plans, and research as needed to help resolve issues, and develop appropriate solutions to resolve exception payment requirements
We are looking for people who have:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role managing the day to day operations of global compensation plans
- Experience owning and managing CaptivateIQ (CIQ Admin Certification preferred)
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Can be self-sufficient and self-managed, especially during crunch time
- Detail-oriented and has an analytical approach to proactively solving problems
- Strong collaborator with multiple functions with well-versed interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication
- Previous experience driving and managing projects independently
- Willingness and eagerness to both lead and learn on the job
- Ability to work and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience with email marketing, push, or SMS software
- Previous experience with quoting and tool implementation
- Previous experience or willingness to learn Deal Desk

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $80,500 - $135,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
